. . . the opposite side.
This is the other side of the great gorge in Sorrento.
Just off center to the right you can see how they seal off a level and just continue building upwards. One group of sealed off entries is just below the wisteria pavillion. There are thousands of steps that lead down to the road. The lower road leads to the bay and the upper road leads into the town of Sorrento. There is usually a lot of vespa activity down there.
Beyond the wisteria pavillion there is a wonderful walkway with great views.
